Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email us at vocoboutique@gmail.com BEFORE you return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To complete your return, we require your order number. Please do no send your return back to the manufacturer. There are only certain situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Damages and issues (if applicable)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sales items/ non-returnable items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vocoboutique@gmail.com: and send your items to: P.O. Box 33, Baldwin Place, NY 10505.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and a credit will be applied on your original payment method within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
